Description

Península of Setúbal, region where are located our wines, is characterized by a clime with great conditions. In this region, we have pozolitic and sandy soils, rich in water. With influences from Mediterranean and from the proximity of the Atlantic sea. This perfect harmony brings a great development to our noble grapes, perfectly adapted, that gives us marvellous quality wines.

Characteristics

Taste Note:

Color: Citrine / Straw

Aroma: Very fruity, fresh, presenting great harmony with wood.

Taste: Structured wine.

After taste: Fresh, persistent after taste.

Vinification: Light pelicular maceration followed by alcoholic fermentation in inox steel vats.

Aging: 4 months in American and French oak barrels.

Evolution: Keep in very good conditions for 3 years.

Total Acidity: 5,1  gr. of tartaric acid

pH: 3,35

Recommendations

Recommended plates: Excellent with well cooked fish, pasta and white meats.

Recommended Temperature: 10-12ºC

Conservation: Fresh place, dark, with bottle lying down.
